About Mrs Reitumetse Innocentia Mmutloane

Reitumetse is an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa whom holds an LLB attained at the North West University (Mahikeng Campus). She then proceeded to attend Practical Legal Training at the School of Legal Practice, Pretoria. She served her articles at Pule Incorporated, a law firm based in Pretoria which specialises in a number of fields, with Third party/ Personal injury as its largest department. She worked under the Road Accident Fund field litigating at the Magistrate's Court without supervision, and the High Court with the supervision of various Advocates and senior Attorneys. Her duties comprised of preparing/drafting pleadings, relevant litigation Notices, drafting legal opinions and executive summaries which were used to advise the Road Accident Fund of appropriate settlements. Post admission as an Attorney, she proceeded to work at Freeman Dube Attorneys which is also based in Pretoria. During her tenure at Freeman Dube Attorneys, she specialised mainly with the Road accident fund and Medical negligence claims which she handled from the lodgement stage till finalization. She also worked at Kotlolo Attorneys, wherein she gained vast knowledge and experience in the Road accident fund department, and handled Minister of police claims/ claims against an organ of State.
